IIHS Top Safety Pick: 2008 VOLVO S80
Once again this year, the S80 earned top honors for vehicle safety from the IIHS. The S80's integrated network of exterior and interior safety systems interact to reduce the risk of occupant injury during a collision, while pre-emptive safety technologies like the collision avoidance package and Blind Spot Identification System (BLIS) help reduce the risk of collision altogether.

The Southern California Volleyball Association (SCVA) a non-profit association affiliated with USA Volleyball, which provides players with an organized schedule of tournament play. The junior program consists of girls and boys ages 10 – 18, who partake in regional tournaments located at local university facilities. Volvo has supported several SCVA tournaments at California State University, Dominquez Hills and at the American Sports Complex (ASC) in Anaheim.
